Please read this disclaimer carefully before purchasing or using any GPS tracking device ("Device") or any associated services ("Services") provided by Robossic ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing, activating, or using our Device or Services, you ("User," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this disclaimer.

1. For Lawful Use Only

Our GPS tracker is intended for lawful purposes only. It is the sole responsibility of the User to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding privacy and the use of GPS tracking devices. This includes, but is not limited to, laws prohibiting stalking, harassment, or the unauthorized tracking of individuals, vehicles, or property.

Robossic expressly disclaims any liability for the illegal, unethical, or unauthorized use of its products or services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robossic, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal actions arising from your misuse of the Device or Service.

2. No Guarantee of Service or Accuracy

The Device and our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

Service Availability:

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, including the Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite network and cellular communication networks (e.g., 4G). We do not control these networks. Service may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable due to network outages, poor coverage, atmospheric conditions, signal obstruction (e.g., tunnels, underground parking, dense buildings), or limitations of technology. "Global 4G Coverage" is strictly limited to areas where compatible 4G LTE cellular service is available.

Location Accuracy:

All location data, including claims of "pinpoint" or "meter-level" accuracy, are estimates. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any location data provided. Accuracy can be significantly affected by environmental and technological factors.

Alerts and Notifications:

The delivery of real-time alerts (including geofencing, speed, anti-theft, and low battery alerts) is not guaranteed. These notifications depend on functioning software, servers, and third-party cellular networks (for data transmission and SMS/push notifications) and may be delayed, lost, or fail to be delivered.

3. Not a Guaranteed Anti-Theft or Safety Device

The Device is a monitoring and location-assistance tool; it is not an insurance policy or a guaranteed security or anti-theft device. It does not prevent theft, loss, damage, or personal injury.

Robossic is not liable for any loss or damage to property (including vehicles or assets) or for any personal injury, harm, or death, even if the Device or our Services were in use or failed to function as intended. Do not rely solely on this Device for the protection of valuable assets or for personal safety in critical or emergency situations.

4. Battery Life is an Estimate

All claims regarding battery life (e.g., "1-3 Months") are estimates based on specific usage patterns and optimal conditions (e.g., "Smart Sleep" mode with infrequent motion). Actual battery life will vary significantly based on update frequency, frequency of movement, signal strength, operating temperature, and device settings. Robossic does not guarantee any specific battery duration. It is the User's responsibility to monitor and recharge the Device.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Robossic, its affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the Device or our Services.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from the Device or Service shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Device or, at our option, the amount you paid for the service subscription in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Third-Party Subscription

The Device requires an active, paid service subscription to function. If the subscription is canceled, expires, or fails to be paid, all tracking and service features will cease to operate.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Your continued use of the Device or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
