How to Start a Return (The 3-Step Process)

Contact Us:

Email our support team at info@robossic.com within the 30-day window.

Please include your Order Number so we can find your purchase.

Get Your Label:

We will reply (usually within 1-5 business days) with a free, prepaid return shipping label.

Ship It Back:

Securely pack the device and all its contents. Attach the label and drop it off with the designated carrier.

Condition for a Full Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned device must be in "like-new" condition. This means:

  • The device must be in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories must be included (e.g., charging cable, adapter, mounting kit, manuals, box,...).
  • The device must be free from any damage, scratches, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

We cannot issue refunds for the following:

  • Devices returned after the 30-day window.
  • Devices that are damaged, altered, or missing accessories.

Your Refund

When:

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 2-5 business days), we will process your refund.

How:

We will issue a full refund for the device price to your original payment method.

Timing:

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times vary by bank.

Notification:

We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.

What If Your Device Arrives Damaged or Defective?

We do our best to ensure every device is perfect, but mistakes can happen. If your device arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Please contact us at info@robossic.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your Order Number and, if possible, a photo or short video showing the issue.

We will immediately work with you to troubleshoot. If the device is defective, we will replace it for you or you return it and get a refund.
